Ad Contract:
Fob-Nation Advertising Contract: This is a binding contract between Fob-Nation and Shawn Watson. The agreement states that Fob-Nation will provide advertisement including a rotating banner ad at the top of the main forum page for a contract length of 1 year. In return Shawn Watson will provide the price listed below as payment for the advertising service. Both companies will submit to the 1 year contract beginning 10/31/2008. All contracts are for the length agreed upon and can not be canceled prior to fulfillment terms, there will be no return of products or refunds. Fob-Nation will not be responsible for matters outside of our control, such as but not limited to public references to products or number of visits to your site. Any internet or server downtime will be considered time added to your contract terms. At the end of your contract terms we will contact you and renegotiate and extend or end our business relationship.
